In this session, we will explore a rhythmic game on the handpan, designed to develop both timing skills and a deeper understanding of handpan composition techniques. By decoding this rhythmic pattern and learning its proper counting and note placement, students can uncover one of the fundamental methods for creating music on the handpan (hang drum)

The “Rotation” piece holds a special place among the compositions created by Panersia Band, thanks to its engaging rhythm and melodic flow. In this lesson, we will focus on practicing a specific section of this beloved piece. This targeted practice allows you to internalize the melodic line, understand its rhythmic structure, and connect it with different handpan patterns and figures

In subsequent lessons, we will expand on this melody, applying it through various rhythmic figures and hand patterns, which will enhance your compositional creativity, hand coordination, and performance skills. Pay close attention to every note and rhythm, and practice consistently to achieve fluidity, accuracy, and expressive playing on the handpan
