Backing tracks for this session
In this session, we focus on learning combined note patterns created by the fusion of eighth notes and sixteenth noteson the handpan
Careful attention to counting and rhythm reading is essential when practicing these patterns. Repeat and memorize them consistently, as these combined note patterns are highly common and widely used in handpan music
Following the initial practice, we will perform an exercise that integrates the note patterns from previous sessions along with the patterns learned in this session, creating a cohesive melodic flow. This approach ensures you develop both hand coordination and rhythmic accuracy while strengthening your handpan playing techniques
It’s important to note that successful mastery of each session’s exercises relies on consistent practice and completion of prior lessons. By following this structured progression, you enhance your handpan performance skills, improve rhythm reading, and gain greater confidence in executing complex melodic patterns
