The 4/4 time signature is one of the most common and widely used measures in handpan exercises and musical compositions. In this session, you will learn how to read and practice quarter notes (crotchets) and quarter restswithin the 4/4 time signature, building a strong sense of rhythm and timing

By practicing the 4/4 measure, you will develop hand coordination, accurate counting, and consistent rhythmic flow, allowing each note and rest to sound clean and expressive. This exercise helps you internalize common rhythmic patterns, making your handpan playing more precise and musical
